Birkenbuel Pre Australia Trip

Hi friends and family,
On November 1, 2008 Susan and I take off for Australia. We will be arriving in Melbourne for a four day stay, then off to Adelaide for an intermediate stop on our way to Kangaroo Island for three days. We fly back to Adelaide for 2 nights and a tour of several sites. From Adelaide we head to the big city, Sydney for 4 nights. We have a sailing cruise of the harbor and the world famous opera house. We fly to Brisbane for another 4 nights and assorted adventures, then it is off to Cairns for sun and fun and a dive for me. From Cairns we head to Qualia lodge on Hamilton Island for the last 7 days of our month long trip. This is where we will kick back and beach it after the whirlwind of the previous three weeks. Each stop has a day of liesure to explore the area on our own or just kick back and read. We will be posting pictures and stories as we travel through these famous cities and resorts as we go.
